American Legion Post 223 baseball we draw from Liberty, Century, South Carroll, Westminster, Winters Mill, Marriotts Ridge and Glenelg High Schools for boys 13u to 19u.

Post 223 Baseball welcomes Paul Dietz as our new Head Baseball Coach. Paul replaces George Richardson Jr. effective immediately. We extend our sincere thanks to Coach George for his years of dedication to our Program. Additional coaching staff members will be announced later. This Memorial Day, our Senior and Junior teams joined members of our Sykesville Post 223 American Legion to pay tribute to the fallen heroes that have paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving for our great country.

Milwaukee Brewers RHP Brandon Woodruff, who played American Legion Baseball for the Tupelo (Miss.) 49ers, has been selected as the 2022 ALB Graduate of the Year.
Purpose of American Legion Baseball
1. To Inculcate in youth a better understanding of the American way of life and to promote the principles of 100 percent Americanism.
2. To instill to the nation's youth a sincere desire to develop within themselves a feeling of citizenship, sportsmanship, loyalty, and team spirit.
3. To aid in the improvement and development of the physical fitness of our country's youth.
4 To build for the nation's future through our youth.
